HOURS OF OPERATION
You may email or leave a voice message anytime, but office hours are from Monday through Thursday.

Pool hours for lessons are as follows:
Monday: 3:30pm to 8:00pm
Tue-Wed: 9:30am - 1:00pm, 3:30 - 8:00pm
Thursday: 3:30pm - 8:00pm
Friday: 10:00am - 1:00pm, 3:30pm - 7:00pm

LESSON COST
Lesson costs are $20.00 per lesson paid monthly by the 15th, two weeks in advance of the start of the next month's swimming lessons. There is an initial $15 registration fee per child or $30 maximum per family.

The payment schedule is always posted at the information counter and there is a secured drop box for your convenience.

Planned closures for the first half of 2012 are as follows:

Please check the Payment Schedule posted in the pool house for payment adjustments for closures, as well as months with 5 lessons.

ADVANCEMENT
Although every child is unique in their abilities, we pride ourselves on good, consistent progression of each child for the purpose of helping the family reach their desired goals in the least time possible. To do this, we chart the child's progress through the month, with an assessment test at the end of the month. If the child has completed all the required skills, they will advance to the next level and receive a certificate of completion. Otherwise, the parent will receive a progress card, explaining what their child still has to work on.

ABSENCES
There are no makeup classes for missed lessons. Your monthly payment reserves your spot and ensures that it is always available for your child, and that an instructor will always be there ready to teach. If there is an inadvertent closure or cancellation of the class, we will credit your account.

DISCONTINUING
Exiting our program is simple because we know your family schedules change from season to season. Blank 'discontinue' notices are posted at the information counter in the pool house. Please fill it out and drop it in the payment box.
